Gagan Verma leads Allianzz Networks as Founder and Principal. With over two decades across capital markets, investor relations and strategic advisory, he works closely with promoters and management teams to raise capital through structured investor engagement — from private equity and family offices to HNIs and private credit funds.
His practice spans deal structuring, debt syndication, growth equity placements and cross-border partnerships, with deep relationships across the Indian and GCC investor community. Earlier roles include Vice President at the SRAM & MRAM Group, where he led capital raising and strategic investor mandates.
