Gagan Verma is the Founder & Principal of Allianzz Networks, with over 23 years of experience across capital markets, fundraising, investor relations and strategic finance. He advises promoters, entrepreneurs and business leaders on debt syndication, private equity, structured finance, M&A and strategic capital solutions.
His work spans manufacturing, infrastructure and real estate, with active relationships across private capital funds, family offices and strategic investors in India and the GCC.
Before founding Allianzz Networks, Gagan held senior leadership positions, including Vice President at SRAM & MRAM Group, with responsibilities spanning capital raising, investor engagement and cross-border funding initiatives.
Partner-level execution is the firm's defining difference. Gagan remains personally involved throughout each mandate — from assessment and structuring through investor engagement, negotiation and closing — giving promoters and management teams a single senior point of accountability.
